The Office of the Ohio Consumers’ Counsel will provide information on disconnection protections and financial assistance programs to help keep electric, natural gas, and telephone services connected. Amy Carles, a Senior Outreach and Education Program Specialist with the Office of the Ohio Consumers’ Counsel will be at the library to offer insight into services to assist those in need.
